This policy applies to recurring Orcheduct subscriptions. It explains how to stop future renewals. Refund eligibility is governed separately by our Refund Policy and by any mandatory rights that apply to you.
An account owner or authorised billing manager can cancel from the Billing section of Orcheduct. You can also request assistance through Contact. A cancellation is recorded when it is confirmed in the application or by our support team.
Unless mandatory law, an approved refund or a written agreement requires an earlier end date, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription will not renew after that date, and paid access normally remains available until then.
Cancelling an annual subscription stops the next annual renewal. It does not by itself create a prorated refund for the unused part of the current term. Any refund request is assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Cancellation of billing does not automatically delete the account or all associated data. Account deletion and privacy requests are handled separately through the contact channels in our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, withdrawal or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to the customer.
